Personnel Matters was established in 1990 as a broad-based human resources consultancy and ever since has provided a range of consultancy services to corporate clients in the region and beyond. Unusually, our professional expertise is drawn from wider business experience rather than just the personnel function, so our clients benefit from very practical advice.
